Boch and Fernsh Inc. an 18 year old advertising agency in Mumbai is looking for an HR administrative assistant support the HR department in multiple duties
This is a full time work from office position
Our office is based in Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai.
Working Days - Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Create job descriptions as per the hiring need
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to post job ads on careers pages and make a data bank of incoming resumes
- Update the HR database (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Schedule Interviews
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information post discussing with HR Manager
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Teamwork skills
