Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager role located in Mumbai.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching services to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the creative team to develop effective campaigns.
The role will include leading client meetings and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agency sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of market research and consumer behavior
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Experience in the advertising or creative industry is a plus
