B&F - India's leading creative studio is looking for a full time Accounts Assistant to join our team!
We are a 10+ year old studio with well-established client and vendor network based in KanjurMarg East,
Mumbai.
You will join our Accounts team and help us maintain Accounts, Payments & Receipts and day to day operations.
Job Location: Mumbai (Kanjurmarg East) - Candidates residing in Central Suburbs of Mumbai
are preferred for this role.
Here's what your profile looks like:
1. Should have knowledge of TDS and GST
2. Good communication skills.
3. Will be required to manage daily petty cash expense
4. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc
5. Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
6. Processing transactions, issuing cheques, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
7. Preparing monthly financial reports.
8. Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
9. Proficiency with computers and book-keeping software, strong typing skills.
10. Exceptional time management
11. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
12. Preparing statutory accounts.
13. Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
14. Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
15. Professional manner and strong ethical code.
16. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
17. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
18. Controlling credit and chasing debt.
19. Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
PRE-QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience | PS: this is a junior position
- Knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel is a must

- Knowledge of GST filing
- Residing in Central Suburbs of Mumbai
- Good command over English language
PAY PACKAGE
- 3 lakhs per annum
